Cook 8 oz spaghetti noodles and put in 9x13
Mix:
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 egg whites
1/3 C parmesan cheese
Put on top of noodles. Then layer:
1 container of sour cream
1 lb browned hamburger
garlic powder
oregano
1 can spaghetti sauce
2 C grated mozzarella cheese
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. 15 servings.
w/mozzarella: 179.9 calories, 10.5 g fat, 9.5 g carbs, 11.5 g protein
w/o mozzarella: 141.5 calories, 8.1 g fat, 9.1 g carbs, 7.8 g protein
